Scotland is my happy place, and this Outer Hebridean island (also called Lewis and Harris) is one of the most beautiful spots I have ever been. The island is home to the Callanish Stones (think Outlander) and Luskentyre Beach, which is down the road from where the photo was taken on which I based this painting.
